After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed after 9am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are levied once a package reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Viridi Enterprises cannot control and is not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
The currency will be set according to your location and displayed while you shop and at checkout. We suggest paying for your order in the currency in which your payment was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency.
"Unfulfilled" simply means that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Viridi Enterprises as soon as possible. Once our warehouse processes your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
